Project deposits, milestones, and final payments are due as specified in your client agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they secure time, planning, and resources. Cancellation policies and project delays are addressed in your project-specific agreement.

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. While we strive for excellence, Ascension Media is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services
